I have a small computer consulting business. I have 1500 to spend marketing my business. What should I do?

Check in your area to see if there are any business-to-business publications that you can advertise in. Look into joining your area's Chamber of Commerce because they often have events and directories of other business members that can be a valuable source of leads for you.
And don't forget about the good ol' newspaper! Lots of business people read their local papers and so that's a good way to get your message in front of a lot of people. Ask your newspaper ad staff for a TOMA program, stands for Top Of Mind Awareness. Often they'll have a program (with or without that name) that allow you to advertise in small ads frequently in the paper, and for a good rate.
