How Do I Go About Copywriting a Book Or Name?

You cannot copyright a name or the title of the book, only it's contents. When the book is published (and if you have written one the odds are not the good), then the work will automatically be copyrighted. Just placing that little c inside a circle doesn't do it, as one poster stated. Your work is not automatically copyrighted until it is published.

Atention authors and whoever knows stuff about copywriting?

All that us needed it to put the internation copywrite symbol (c) and the owner and year on the document. The dificulty is enforcing it. Taking people to court can be costly
