What is the Difference Between Social Marketing And Health Promotion?

I know the definitions thanks guys, but is there a solid difference between the both? Or are they the same or interlinked? thats what i need to know, thanks.

social marketing has nothing intrinsically to do with health promotion.
social marketing is particular approach and emphasis for marketers, synonymous with altruistic marketing, cause-related marketing, etc.

Health promotion is soley focused on promoting a healthier lifestyle, healthy products, exercise or diet programs, or diet-related products or approaches.

Does anyone know of a good Social Media Marketing tracking tool/device/software?

Health promotion, as defined by the World Health Organization, is the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve, their health.[1]. In the USA, health promotion is much more narrowly conceived as "the science and art of helping people change their lifestyle to move toward a state of optimal health."[2] Means of health promotion include health education and social marketing.
