If you want your WordPress Posts to get found, then Ping it
Everytime you create a new post on your WordPress Site you should notify the Ping Services. In the WordPress you just add the list of Ping Services to the Updates Services in the Writing Section under Settings.
Cut and paste this List of Ping Services to your Updates Services.

When you publish a new post, WordPress automatically notifies the update services.
You should also make sure you add your blog to Google blog Search http://blogsearch.google.com/ping
