I think what you required is a software company that provides you with a software to start an MLM. Believe me it is very difficult to start you own mlm these days because there are many sound and well set companies that are with a very good base.

Even i was thinking about starting my own MLM company online but it is really very difficult to legitimate it. So i dropped my plan and now i am with Quixtar and i am very happy with its outcome.
